So here I am at midnight, finishing up my Sketch Up models.
The project brief states that there are to be 10 – 12 dwellings located on the allocated plot of land.
Both ends of the dwelling will be enclosed in floor to ceiling glass (although for the bathroom it will be fogged glass for privacy) as I have been somewhat inspired by this picture;
So here I’m aiming for ten dwellings (modules) for a maximum of three people per module (there is an upstairs bedroom as soon below).
On the first floor there shall also be a rooftop terrace with a small L shaped garden. This garden could be used to grow small amounts of food or simply to add a green element to the building’s exterior.
